Shipping Information
For all international orders we ship using FedEx International Priorty. This service offers our customers the best delivery time to cost ratio. All orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail recorded delivery or ParcelForce.com.

International shipping rates start at £16 for smaller items like an Atome or upgrade kit within the EU, up to £60 for an Absolute or multiple items to destinations like Australia or South Africa. Regardless of the shipping quote no order will incur a shipping charge greater than £60. If this happens then 360Precision will subsidise the remaining cost.

Please note that the delivery timeframes for the cheap shipping option is an estimate only.

All orders are shipped from our head office in the UK.

International orders received before 11am GMT will ship same day. UK orders received before 2pm will ship same day.

PLEASE NOTE: These are the shipping times from the collection of a packaged order to customer receipt. For total delivery time from order to receipt please check the LIVE STOCK LIST for product availability.

The 360Precision email will contain any set-up instructions and support options for your product/s. The email will also contain any links to product specific information. For example, camera and lens settings for the Adjuste range and lens ring positions for the Atome.

UK Shipping Process
